RESOLUCIÓN DE 22 DE JULIO DE 2015 DE LA SECRETARÍA DE ESTADO DE ADMINISTRACIONES PÚBLICAS (BOE DEL 24 DE JULIO)

• Los funcionarios que estén de baja “durante” sus vacaciones podrán aplazarlas “quedando suspendidas por el tiempo que resten”

• Podrán aplazarse al año siguiente siempre que no hayan transcurrido más de 18 meses

• DEBERÁ REMITIRSE EL PARTE MEDICO DE BAJA POR IT DENTRO DE LOS CUATRO DÍAS SIGUIENTES
